3711. 'Behold, I am with you' means the Divine, while 'and will guard you wherever you go' means Divine Providence. This is clear from the fact that 'I' here is Jehovah and so the Lord's Divine; and from the meaning of 'guarding you wherever you go' as Providence that springs from the Divine, in this case Divine Providence since the Lord is the subject. By the Divine and the Divine Providence here is meant that the Lord made Divine even His Natural.
