This is clear from the meaning of 'wages' when used in reference to the Lord, as that which He achieved for Himself, dealt with in 3996, 3999, and so means when He was linking goods to Himself; and from the meaning of 'changing them' as the state of that good meant by 'Laban' towards Himself.
