This is clear from the meaning of 'seven days' as a whole period from start to finish, thus a complete state, dealt with in 728, 6508 (the same meaning that 'a week' has, 2044, 3845) so that 'seven days were fulfilled' means the end of that period or state; and from the meaning of 'after Jehovah struck the river' as after truths were falsified.
