1109. When spirits speak from the celestial, it is then most distinctly recognized whether they speak from heaven, or whether they speak something from themselves at the same time. When they speak from heaven their speech flows without delay and is fluid; but as soon as there is anything strident or not so fluid present therein - beyond a characteristic which cannot be expressed in words - then it is not concordant, nor does the spirit acknowledge it as true, but at once observes the discrepancies.
