2606. How ugly and inconsequential syllogistic philosophy is, is also evident from the fact that by its means through a thousand syllogisms developed by people who do not understand it, this very truth seems almost to be able to be destroyed. This is quite obvious from the fact that almost anyone reasoning from their own mind, which is more analytic than the artificial way [of syllogism], denies that truth. For who is there that would not agree to a universal Providence of the Most high creator? But who is there that acknowledges that It exists in the most singular things?
